研究表明妇科腹腔镜手术的头低位和人工气腹可以引起围术期眼内压（IOP）增高，导致视力暂时性部分或全部缺失。本文系统地阐述妇科腹腔镜围术期麻醉、二氧化碳气腹、体位改变及药物的使用对IOP影响的研究现状以及进展，为临床工作提供参考，并启发新的研究思路，对妇科腹腔镜手术围术期影响IOP的生理和药物因素进行综述。从近期的研究可见，研究者对妇科腹腔镜手术围术期麻醉、二氧化碳气腹、体位改变及药物的使用对IOP的影响机制进行了更为深入的探讨。

Studies have shown that head low and pneumoperitoneum in gynecological laparoscopic operation can cause intraocular pressure (IOP) of perioperative increased which leading to temporary partial or total loss of vision. This review systematically elaborated the research status and progress on the effects of laparoscopic gynecologic perioperative anesthesia, carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum, position change and drugs on IOP to provide reference for clinical work and inspire some new research ideas. The physiological and drug factors during laparoscopic gynecologic perioperative anesthesia which affect the IOP were reviewed in this article. Recent research shows that the researchers have conducted more indepth discussions about the laparoscopic gynecologic perioperative anesthesia, carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum, position change and drugs on IOP.
