以12个抗虫棉品种(系)为亲本,采用6×6不完全双列杂交( NCⅡ),对所得F1代的8个农艺性状的配合力和遗传力进行分析。结果表明:单铃重与株高广义遗传力较高,其狭义遗传力也相对较高,可适当提早选择代数;而其余性状的广义遗传力高,狭力遗传力却较低,应适当延后选择代数;嘉星6号、中41和A48是综合性状良好的亲本;特殊配合力效应分析,较优组合为中41×A49、A1×A48、GK44×S08和嘉星6号×S08。
以12箇抗蟲棉品種(繫)為親本,採用6×6不完全雙列雜交( NCⅡ),對所得F1代的8箇農藝性狀的配閤力和遺傳力進行分析。結果錶明:單鈴重與株高廣義遺傳力較高,其狹義遺傳力也相對較高,可適噹提早選擇代數;而其餘性狀的廣義遺傳力高,狹力遺傳力卻較低,應適噹延後選擇代數;嘉星6號、中41和A48是綜閤性狀良好的親本;特殊配閤力效應分析,較優組閤為中41×A49、A1×A48、GK44×S08和嘉星6號×S08。
이12개항충면품충(계)위친본,채용6×6불완전쌍렬잡교( NCⅡ),대소득F1대적8개농예성상적배합력화유전력진행분석。결과표명:단령중여주고엄의유전력교고,기협의유전력야상대교고,가괄당제조선택대수;이기여성상적엄의유전력고,협력유전력각교저,응괄당연후선택대수;가성6호、중41화A48시종합성상량호적친본;특수배합력효응분석,교우조합위중41×A49、A1×A48、GK44×S08화가성6호×S08。
With 12 insect-resistant cotton varieties ( lines) as parents,the F1 generation was obtained by 6 ×6 incomplete diallel cross ( NCⅡ) .The combing ability and heritability of their 8 agronomic characters were analyzed .The results showed that single boll weight and plant height had higher broad -sense and narrow-sense heritability , so they should be chosen in earlier generations .The other characters had higher broad -sense heritability but lower narrow -sense heritability , so they should be selected in latter generations .Jiaxing 6 , Zhong 41 and A48 were the parents with better comprehensive characters .The specific combining ability a-nalysis showed that the better combinations were Zhong 41 ×A49, A1 ×A48, GK44 ×S08 and Jiaxing 6 × S08 .
