本试验利用SSR标记技术对20个麻核桃品种的遗传多样性进行研究。从12对引物中筛选出6对用于正式PCR扩增，共检测到52个遗传位点，其中多态性遗传位点50个，多态位点百分率为96％。遗传相似性分析结果显示麻核桃种质间具有丰富的遗传多样性，遗传相似系数变幅为0．17～0．90，说明SSR标记能将20份种质完全区分开。 UPGMA聚类结果显示，供试材料在相似系数为0．61处聚为4类。
본시험이용SSR표기기술대20개마핵도품충적유전다양성진행연구。종12대인물중사선출6대용우정식PCR확증，공검측도52개유전위점，기중다태성유전위점50개，다태위점백분솔위96％。유전상사성분석결과현시마핵도충질간구유봉부적유전다양성，유전상사계수변폭위0．17～0．90，설명SSR표기능장20빈충질완전구분개。 UPGMA취류결과현시，공시재료재상사계수위0．61처취위4류。
The genetic diversity of 20 Juglans hopeiensis Hu varieties was analyzed by simple sequence repeat ( SSR) markers.Six pairs of primers were selected for formal PCR amplification .Fifty-two genetic lo-ci including 50 polymorphic loci were detected with the polymorphic locus percentage as 96%.Genetic simi-larity analysis showed that there were abundant genetic diversities among different walnut varieties .The genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.17 to 0.90, which indicated that the 20 walnut varieties could be com-pletely separated by these SSR markers .UPGMA cluster results showed that they were divided into 4 catego-ries when the similarity coefficient was 0.61.
