为了探究白头翁水溶性物质的提取工艺,本研究采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,考察料液比、提取时间、提取次数和提取温度对水溶性物质浸膏率的影响,从而优选白头翁水溶性物质的最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明,白头翁水溶性物质提取的最佳工艺条件:料液比为1:17,100℃提取6 h,提取6次,白头翁水溶性物质浸膏率为21.12%。本研究为白头翁水溶性多糖的研究奠定了基础。

This thesis was designed to optimize the extraction technology of water-soluble materi-al from Radix Pulsatilla. Three main influencing factors including solid-liquid ratio, extracting time and times of extraction were investigated by the single factor test and the orthogonal test using extraction rate as the indexes. The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions of water-soluble material from Radix Pulsatilla extraction were the solid-liquid ratio of 1:17, ex-traction time of 6h and extracting 6 times in 100 ℃ water. Under these conditions, the extraction rate was 21.12%. This study laid the foundation for the research of water-soluble polysaccharide from Radix Pulsatilla.
