采用含25%果糖的饮用水喂养12周,建立胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠模型,从而研究牛磺酸和L-精氨酸合用对胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠的作用效应。大鼠的收缩压大于150 mmHg视为造模成功,将42只造模成功的大鼠随机分为6组,治疗组分别在饮水中添加3%牛磺酸、3%精氨酸、2.7%牛磺酸+0.3%精氨酸、2.1%牛磺酸+0.9%精氨酸和1.5%牛磺酸+1.5%精氨酸。结果显示,合用治疗组Ⅲ(1.5%牛磺酸+1.5%精氨酸)能在4周后将胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠的血压、血糖、ACE和AngⅡ恢复到正常水平。牛磺酸和L-精氨酸均具有明显的降压作用,牛磺酸(1.5%)和L-精氨酸(1.5%)合用治疗的降压效果更佳。

채용함25%과당적음용수위양12주,건립이도소저항고혈압대서모형,종이연구우광산화L-정안산합용대이도소저항고혈압대서적작용효응。대서적수축압대우150 mmHg시위조모성공,장42지조모성공적대서수궤분위6조,치료조분별재음수중첨가3%우광산、3%정안산、2.7%우광산+0.3%정안산、2.1%우광산+0.9%정안산화1.5%우광산+1.5%정안산。결과현시,합용치료조Ⅲ(1.5%우광산+1.5%정안산)능재4주후장이도소저항고혈압대서적혈압、혈당、ACE화AngⅡ회복도정상수평。우광산화L-정안산균구유명현적강압작용,우광산(1.5%)화L-정안산(1.5%)합용치료적강압효과경가。
To elucidate the synergistic effects of taurine and L-arginine on hypertension, 25%fructose were administered to male Wistar rats for 12 weeks to establish insulin resistance hyper-tensive models. Rats with the systolic blood pressure(SBP) higher than 150 mmHg were considered as model rats. Forty-two model rats were randomly divided into six groups and administered with 3% taurine, 3% L-arginine, 2.7% taurine+0.3% L-arginine, 2.1% taurine+0.9% L-arginine and 1.5%taurine+1.5% L-arginine in drinking water respectively. The results showed that coadministration of taurine(1.5%) and L-arginine(1.5%) could bring the levels of SBP, blood glucose, ACE and AngⅡdown to normal levels after 4 weeks. These data indicated that both taurine and L-arginine could ameliorate vascular remodeling and showed obvious antihypertesive effects, and taurine(1.5%) and L-arginine(1.5%)in drinking water showed a better result in the cure of hypertension.
