为实现某空投运载车副车架的轻量化设计,利用ABAQUS 软件对空投运载车在极限工况下的着陆冲击过程进行建模仿真,进而对副车架的刚强度进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。运用尺寸优化的方法对副车架进行详细设计,确定了副车架主要矩形管和加强筋的厚度。
為實現某空投運載車副車架的輕量化設計,利用ABAQUS 軟件對空投運載車在極限工況下的著陸遲擊過程進行建模倣真,進而對副車架的剛彊度進行瞭分析,併提齣瞭相應的改進措施。運用呎吋優化的方法對副車架進行詳細設計,確定瞭副車架主要矩形管和加彊觔的厚度。

To realized the lightweight of the airdropping truck’s sub frame,the model of truck for landing impact was built by using the ABAQUS in the worst conditions,then the stiff-ness and strength of sub frame was been ana-lyzed.Based on the analysis results,the improved measures were put forward.The detailed design of sub frame was accomplished by using size optimi-zation,and the thicknesses of maj or rectangular pipes and brackets were determined.
