目的：探讨社区护理干预对社区人群健康的影响。方法对356例社区居民患者予以社区护理干预。于干预前采用健康管理登记表及社区护理服务调查表评定居民患者的日常习惯、服药状况及自我健康管理状况等，干预后再次评定，并对两次评定结果进行对比分析。结果社区护理干预后，居民患者不良习惯、服药状况及自我健康管理状况等均较护理干预前有显著改善（P＜0．01）。结论社区护理干预能有效提高居民患者的保健意识和自我管理能力，促使其改变不良生活习惯及嗜好。
목적：탐토사구호리간예대사구인군건강적영향。방법대356례사구거민환자여이사구호리간예。우간예전채용건강관리등기표급사구호리복무조사표평정거민환자적일상습관、복약상황급자아건강관리상황등，간예후재차평정，병대량차평정결과진행대비분석。결과사구호리간예후，거민환자불량습관、복약상황급자아건강관리상황등균교호리간예전유현저개선（P＜0．01）。결론사구호리간예능유효제고거민환자적보건의식화자아관리능력，촉사기개변불량생활습관급기호。
Objective To explore the impact of community nursing intervention on community population health .Methods Seven-month nursing interventions were given to 356 commu-nity residential patients .Their daily habits ,medication status and self-health management were assessed with the health management registration form and community nursing service questionnaire at baseline and at the of community intervention .Results After nursing intervention daily habits ,medication status and self-health management improved more significantly compared with pre-intervention (P<0 .01) .Conclu-sion Community nursing intervention could effectively improve health care consciousness and self-man-agement ability of community residential patients and impel them to change unhealthy living habits and hobby .
