目的：了解精神科护士的心理健康状况，为医院护理管理提供依据。方法对40名精神科护士采用症状自评量表进行测评分析。结果精神科护士症状自评量表总分、总均分、阳性项目数和躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子分均显著高于国内成人常模（ P＜0．05或0．01）。结论精神科护士存在诸多心理问题，医院管理部门应有针对性地予以心理疏导及心理关怀，以提高其生活质量和心身健康水平。
목적：료해정신과호사적심리건강상황，위의원호리관리제공의거。방법대40명정신과호사채용증상자평량표진행측평분석。결과정신과호사증상자평량표총분、총균분、양성항목수화구체화、인제관계민감、억욱、초필、공포、정신병성인자분균현저고우국내성인상모（ P＜0．05혹0．01）。결론정신과호사존재제다심리문제，의원관리부문응유침대성지여이심리소도급심리관부，이제고기생활질량화심신건강수평。
Objective To investigate mental health conditions in psychiatric nur-ses in order to provide basis for hospital management .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90) in 40 psychiatric nur-ses .Results Compared with internal adult norm psychiatric nurses had higher total and total average score and number of positive items as well as somatozation ,interpersonal relation sensitiveness ,depression ,anxiety ,phobia and psychotic score (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Psychiat-ric nurses have many psychological problems ,hospital administration office should carry out psychological guidance and care in order to improve their quality of life and psychosomatic health level .
