目的：了解2型糖尿病高危人群的社会支持状况。方法采用社会支持评定量表对62例2型糖尿病高危者进行调查。结果2型糖尿病高危者社会支持评定量表总分及主观支持、对社会支持的利用度维度分均显著低于国内常模（P＜0．01），男性客观支持维度分显著高于女性（P＜0．05）。结论2型糖尿病高危人群社会支持状况较差，应关注和改善2型糖尿病高危人群的社会支持状况。
목적：료해2형당뇨병고위인군적사회지지상황。방법채용사회지지평정량표대62례2형당뇨병고위자진행조사。결과2형당뇨병고위자사회지지평정량표총분급주관지지、대사회지지적이용도유도분균현저저우국내상모（P＜0．01），남성객관지지유도분현저고우녀성（P＜0．05）。결론2형당뇨병고위인군사회지지상황교차，응관주화개선2형당뇨병고위인군적사회지지상황。
Objective To investigate the social support status of high risk group of type 2 diabetes .Methods Investigations and analyses were conducted with the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) in 62 high risk persons of type 2 diabetes . Results The total ,social support and support availability were significantly low-er in the persons compared with internal norm (P< 0 .01);objective support score was significantly higher in the male than female (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Social support status is poor in high-risk group of type 2 diabetes ,their social support status should be paid attention to and im-proved .
