目的：通过调查高等院校的学生对人体器官捐献的认知情况，为我区今后开展器官捐献工作建言献策，为我区 DCD 工作的顺利开展、找寻潜在志愿者、加强学校器官捐献教育、加大社会器官捐献宣传力度提供数据支持。方法：采用调查问卷方式，对高校学生进行人体器官移植及器官捐献的认知情况调查。结果：高校学生对器官移植及器官捐献的了解和认识尚存许多空缺，影响高校学生进行器官捐献的制约性因素主要有：法律法规匮乏；管理机构缺位；伦理观念的影响；器官捐献相关知识的缺失。相关部门应通过各种途径，逐步解决高校学生对器官捐献存在的各种问题及顾虑。并且应该对器官捐献加大社会宣传的力度和广度，广泛开展与器官捐献相关的公民教育，将器官移植的相关知识、器官捐献的相关知识及正面意义融入到学校教育中去，让人们，尤其是高校学生逐渐了解并认识到器官捐献的重要意义，充分挖掘潜在志愿者。通过这些志愿者，采用不同的方式及途径，将器官捐献的正能量传播到社会群体当中去。
목적：통과조사고등원교적학생대인체기관연헌적인지정황，위아구금후개전기관연헌공작건언헌책，위아구 DCD 공작적순리개전、조심잠재지원자、가강학교기관연헌교육、가대사회기관연헌선전력도제공수거지지。방법：채용조사문권방식，대고교학생진행인체기관이식급기관연헌적인지정황조사。결과：고교학생대기관이식급기관연헌적료해화인식상존허다공결，영향고교학생진행기관연헌적제약성인소주요유：법율법규궤핍；관리궤구결위；윤리관념적영향；기관연헌상관지식적결실。상관부문응통과각충도경，축보해결고교학생대기관연헌존재적각충문제급고필。병차응해대기관연헌가대사회선전적력도화엄도，엄범개전여기관연헌상관적공민교육，장기관이식적상관지식、기관연헌적상관지식급정면의의융입도학교교육중거，양인문，우기시고교학생축점료해병인식도기관연헌적중요의의，충분알굴잠재지원자。통과저사지원자，채용불동적방식급도경，장기관연헌적정능량전파도사회군체당중거。
Objective:By investigating institutions of col ege students'awareness of human organ donation,for the future development of our suggestions on organ donaG tion work,for the DCD work smoothly,to provide data support on search for potential volunteers of organ donation,strengthen school education,strengthen social propaG ganda of organ donation.Methods:Used questionnaire method to survey of col ege students in human organ transplants and organ donation awareness survey.Result:There are many vacancies on col ege students'knowledge of organ transplantation and organ donation.The main factors affect col ege students in organ donation includes:lack of laws and regulations,absence of management institution,the influence of ethics,lack of organ donation related knowledge.Relevant departments should adopt various chanG nels,and gradual y solve al kinds of problems and concerns on organ donation of the col ege students.And relevant departments should increase organ donation and intensiG fy social propaganda,extensive citizen education related to organ donation,seepage the related knowledge of organ transplantation and organ donation’s positive significance to the school education.Let people,especial y col ege students gradual y understand and realize the importance of organ donation,ful y excavate potential volunteers. Through these volunteers,using different methods and approaches,to spread positive energy of organ donation among the social groups.
