采用数码印花工艺对锦氨经编泳衣面料进行印花,详细分析了来样处理、打底上浆、数码打印、汽蒸、水洗和烘干等各个印花工序的工艺,并对加工后产品的测试指标与传统圆网印花进行了对比。结果表明,数码印花产品参数均达到传统印花指标,且缩水率减少、手感较好;同时,数码印花工艺流程大大缩短,能够实现快速反应,低污染、低噪声,是一种绿色环保印花工艺。
採用數碼印花工藝對錦氨經編泳衣麵料進行印花,詳細分析瞭來樣處理、打底上漿、數碼打印、汽蒸、水洗和烘榦等各箇印花工序的工藝,併對加工後產品的測試指標與傳統圓網印花進行瞭對比。結果錶明,數碼印花產品參數均達到傳統印花指標,且縮水率減少、手感較好;同時,數碼印花工藝流程大大縮短,能夠實現快速反應,低汙染、低譟聲,是一種綠色環保印花工藝。

The nylon spandex warp knitted swimwear fabric was printed by digital printing process in this study. Each printing process, such as treatment of samples, grouding sizing, digital printing, steaming, washing and dry-ing, was analyzed in detail. And test indicators of products after processing were compared with traditional rotary screen printing. The results show that the parameters of digital printing all reach the parameters of traditional print-ing, the shrinkage percentage reduces, and the hand is good. At the same time, digital printing process is much shorter than the traditional one and suitable for fast process changes, which is a green and environment-friendly printing process with low noise and pollution.
