采用中性固色活性染料三原色对改性前后棉织物染色,分析了染色温度、氯化钠用量和染料用量3个因素对染色织物K/S值和固着效率的影响,测试并比较了改性前后染色织物的色牢度。结果表明:随着染色温度的升高,染色织物的K/S值逐渐增加,改性织物染色时只需加入10 g/L氯化钠就可达到比常规染色更高的K/S值;改性棉织物上染和固着速率高于未改性棉织物,染色时应注意匀染和透染性;改性棉织物的染色牢度与未改性棉织物基本一致。

채용중성고색활성염료삼원색대개성전후면직물염색,분석료염색온도、록화납용량화염료용량3개인소대염색직물K/S치화고착효솔적영향,측시병비교료개성전후염색직물적색뇌도。결과표명:수착염색온도적승고,염색직물적K/S치축점증가,개성직물염색시지수가입10 g/L록화납취가체도비상규염색경고적K/S치;개성면직물상염화고착속솔고우미개성면직물,염색시응주의균염화투염성;개성면직물적염색뇌도여미개성면직물기본일치。
Cotton fabrics before and after modification were dyed by neutral fixation reactive dyes of three-pri-mary colours, and the effects of dyeing temperature, sodium chloride dosage and dye dosage on K/S value and fix-ation efficiency of dyed fabrics. Then color fastness of dyed fabrics before and after modification was tested and compared. The results show that the K/S value gradually increases with the rising of dyeing temperature, the K/S value of modified fabrics can be higher than conventional dyeing process only with 10 g/L sodium chloride; the dyeing and fixation rate of modified cotton fabric is higher than the unmodified cotton fabric, when dyeing, atten-tion should be paid to the level dyeing and dye permeability; the color fastness of modified cotton fabric is basi-cally consistent with unmodified cotton fabrics.
