将局部麻醉药注入颈丛神经干，产生神经传导阻滞的麻醉方法称为臂丛神经阻滞麻醉，是临床上锁骨骨折手术常用的麻醉方法之一。适用于甲状腺手术、颈部淋巴结清扫术、锁骨骨折固定术等。近年来笔者采用颈丛神经阻滞加高位肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞用于锁骨骨折患者行手术治疗，操作简便，易于掌握，损伤小，麻醉阻滞完善等特点，麻醉用药量小，基本避免了因局麻药用量过大所致的膈神经、喉返神经麻痹等并发症，而且穿刺点位置高，完全避免了气胸的发生，提高了麻醉的安全性。
