为了解高端装备制造行业中组织创新(OI )与技术创新(TI )的匹配程度以及各自发展水平,引入物理学中的耦合协调理论来构建 OI与TI的匹配度测量模型,并对该模型进行实证检验,并通过比较案例分析对该模型进行具体的实际应用。主要结论为:高端装备制造行业TI的平均水平高于OI ,且二者匹配度处于较高的匹配层次上,不同企业之间OI与TI的匹配度及各自发展水平存在明显的差异化。

In order to understand the fit degree between organizational innovation (OI) and technological innovation (TI) as well as their respective development level in high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises , the measurement model of fit degree between OI and TI is constructed by use of coupling and coordination theory from physics . This model is empirically tested and then is implemented in com-parative case enterprises . The main conclusions are :the average level of TI is higher than OI in high -end equipment manufacturing enter-prises , and the fit degree between OI and TI is at the higher level , the fit degree between OI and TI as well as their respective development level show significant difference in different companies .
