大型立式氢气保护钎焊炉用于超长工件的氢气保护钎焊,为了提高工件的焊接质量,对设备工作区的温度均匀性进行了研究。通过有限元分析法对设备的热场进行了数值模拟,分析了工作区的热场分布。对设备的加热结构进行了优化设计,减少了设备纵向温度差,保证了工作区的温度均匀性。

The hydrogen gas protection brazing furnace is mainly used for the hydrogen gas protection welding of super long work pieces. Mainly study the temperature uniformity of work area in order to improve the welding quality of work pieces. Thermal field distribution of work area is studied by the way of finite element analysis. Reduce the temperature difference between the vertical equipment and ensure the temperature uniformity of the work area by the optimized design of the structure of the equipment.
