现代科学技术在防治腐败的过程中表现出越来越明显的优势，它有助于控制权力、削弱腐败动机，减少腐败机会。以“制度＋科技”为主要特征的科技防腐模式是中国将现代科学技术融入惩治和预防腐败体系建设的产物，它以较低的成本实现了对权力的制约和监督，最大限度地降低了委托代理关系中由于信息不对称和机会主义等因素造成的交易成本。科技防腐是一个交易成本最优化的反腐形式，是建设廉洁政治的有利工具。随着现代科学技术与社会主义民主政治建设的深度融合，网络政治的兴起与发展是必然趋势，它以相对低廉的成本直接影响并作用于最深层次的权力结构，推动科技防腐从以体制内权力控制和体制外权力监督为主要特征的传统双向发展模式向以体制内权力控制和体制外政治吸纳为主要特征的新双向发展模式转变，从而实现从源头上防治腐败。
現代科學技術在防治腐敗的過程中錶現齣越來越明顯的優勢，它有助于控製權力、削弱腐敗動機，減少腐敗機會。以“製度＋科技”為主要特徵的科技防腐模式是中國將現代科學技術融入懲治和預防腐敗體繫建設的產物，它以較低的成本實現瞭對權力的製約和鑑督，最大限度地降低瞭委託代理關繫中由于信息不對稱和機會主義等因素造成的交易成本。科技防腐是一箇交易成本最優化的反腐形式，是建設廉潔政治的有利工具。隨著現代科學技術與社會主義民主政治建設的深度融閤，網絡政治的興起與髮展是必然趨勢，它以相對低廉的成本直接影響併作用于最深層次的權力結構，推動科技防腐從以體製內權力控製和體製外權力鑑督為主要特徵的傳統雙嚮髮展模式嚮以體製內權力控製和體製外政治吸納為主要特徵的新雙嚮髮展模式轉變，從而實現從源頭上防治腐敗。

Modern science and technology has demonstrated increasing advantage in the prevention and control of cor -ruption.It is conducive to power control , weakening of corrupt ion motivation and reduction in corruption opportuni -ties.Taking “system +technology” as the main characteristics , the corruption prevention model is the product of putting the modern technology into the system construction of punishing and preventing corruption .It realizes the re-striction and supervision of power at a lower cost , minimizes the transaction costs in the principal-agent relationship caused by factors such as asymmetric information and opportunism .As a transaction cost optimization form of corrup-tion prevention , anti-corruption by technology is a useful tool for the construction of clean politics .With modern sci-ence and technology integrated into the construction of socialist democratic politics , the rise and development of net-work politics has become an inevitable trend .It can directly affect the deepest level of power structure at the relatively low cost.It can also help the anti-corruption by technology transform from the traditional two-way development model with the power control in system and power supervision outside the system as the main characteristics to a new model with the power control in system and political absorption outside the system , so as to realize the prevention of corrup-tion from the source .
