作为社会主义法治国家建设的接班人，大学生应具有较强的法律意识，但从问卷调查结果看，形势不容乐观，主要体现为对我国现行法律规定缺乏系统了解、对法律基础知识把握不牢、法治观念欠缺、片面看待法律的地位和作用等等。因此，采取切实有效的措施以迅速提高大学生的法律意识，对于肩负教书育人任务的各个高等院校和教师而言，是一项迫在眉睫的任务。

As successors to builders of socialist country ruled by law in China, the undergraduates should have strong legal sense, but a questionnaire analysis reveals that the situation is not optimistic. Most undergraduates have an incomplete understanding of the current law in China, have only superficial basic knowledge of law, lack the conception of rule of law, hold one-sided views of law’s status and role, and so on. Therefore, it is an imminent task for the colleges and teachers, with their special responsibility of cultivating the offspring into useful members of the society, take effective measures to improve undergraduates’ legal sense.
