目的：探讨中医头针与康复训练治疗中风偏瘫的临床效果。方法：我院187例中风偏瘫患者分为治疗组107例与对照组80例，两组均予西医常规治疗，治疗组再用中医头针结合康复训练治疗，3个疗程后观察两组效果。结果：治疗组总有效率为96.3%，显著高于对照组的85.1%（P<0.05）。结论：中风偏瘫应用中医头针结合康复训练治疗有利于肢体功能恢复，临床效果显著。

목적：탐토중의두침여강복훈련치료중풍편탄적림상효과。방법：아원187례중풍편탄환자분위치료조107례여대조조80례，량조균여서의상규치료，치료조재용중의두침결합강복훈련치료，3개료정후관찰량조효과。결과：치료조총유효솔위96.3%，현저고우대조조적85.1%（P<0.05）。결론：중풍편탄응용중의두침결합강복훈련치료유리우지체공능회복，림상효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for apoplectic hemiplegia. Methods:187 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (107 cases) and control group (80 cases), patients in two groups were all treated by conventional treatment of western medicine, on the basis of it, the patients in treatment group were given scalp acu-puncture and rehabilitation training, observed the efficacy of two groups after 3 course of treatment. Results: The total effecive rate of treatment group was 96.3%, significantly higher than 85.1%that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using scalp acupncture combined with rehabilitation training in apoplectic hemiplegia is helpful to the recovery of limbs' function, which has significant curative effect.
