According to analyzing the evolution characteristics and manifestation pattern of cervical spondylosis, and illuminating its syndrome dif-ferentiation regularity, massage on cervical spondylosis that regulates taiyang meridian mainly and other meridians complementary, and treatment pat-terns of syndrome differentiation based on syndrome differentiation of the six meridians respectively are summarized, to offer the reference for clini-cal application.
