目的:探讨虚拟现实技术对脑卒中患者平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:40例脑卒中患者随机分为试验组和对照组各20例,试验组接受虚拟现实技术治疗,对照组予传统的平衡功能训练,对比两组的平衡功能和日常生活活动能力。结果:试验组平衡功能和日常生活活动能力的改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:虚拟现实技术对脑卒中后平衡功能障碍有显著疗效。

목적:탐토허의현실기술대뇌졸중환자평형공능장애적림상료효。방법:40례뇌졸중환자수궤분위시험조화대조조각20례,시험조접수허의현실기술치료,대조조여전통적평형공능훈련,대비량조적평형공능화일상생활활동능력。결과:시험조평형공능화일상생활활동능력적개선정도균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:허의현실기술대뇌졸중후평형공능장애유현저료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of virtual reality technology in balance dysfunction of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Meth-ods:40 stroke patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each of 20 cases, experimental group received virtual reali-ty technology therapy, control group with traditional balance function training, balance function and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results:The degree of improvement in balance function and activities of daily living in experimental group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Virtual reality technology is significantly effective in balance dysfunction of post-stroke.
