骨折愈合机制及其影响因素均非常复杂,无论在骨折愈合的任何一个环节受到不良影响均会导致骨折延迟愈合或骨折不愈合。本文基于近年来国内外对骨折影响因素的研究现状,尤其是医源性因素、骨折生长因子及中医药对骨折愈合的研究现状进行了综述,如骨折治疗中选用正确的治疗方法及避免粗暴治疗手段,骨折生长因子在骨折愈合过程中扮演了极其重要的角色,中医药治疗促进骨折愈合机制可能与骨折生长因子的作用相关。结合相关骨折影响因素,分析了临床医生在治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合时所面对的困难,并对骨折愈合因素的相关研究发展趋势及相关成果对治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合的指导作用进行了展望。

The mechanism of fracture healing and its influencing factors are both complex, it will be delayed fracture healing or nonunion no matter which aspect in process of fracture healing was adversely affected. This article has reviewed the research status of the influencing factors of frac-ture--especially iatrogenic factors, fracture growth factors and Chinese medicine for fracture healing--at home and aboard in recent years, such as choosing the right treatment and avoiding rough treatment, the very important role of fracture growth factors in the healing process of fracture, the mechanism of Chinese medicine promoting fracture healing may be associated with the effect of fracture growth factors. By binding related influenc-ing factors of fracture, this article has analyzed the difficulties of clinicians in treatment of delayed fracture healing and nonunion, and prospected the research development of fracture healing factors and the guiding role of related outcomes in treatment of delayed fracture healing and nonunion.
