目的：通过分析近5年我院病人住院费用的构成情况，为有效控制费用提供依据。方法：对2009～2013年5年间我院住院人次、总住院费用、例均住院费用和药品、检查、检验、治疗、手术及其他费用的构成情况进行分析。结果：住院人次、总费用、例均费用和其他费用呈逐年上升趋势，药品比例有所下降，手术费用比例呈逐年下降趋势，检验、检查和治疗类费用所占比例相对稳定。结论：调整住院费用的结构，降低药品费用比例，建立健全基本药物制度和诊疗规范，可以在一定程度上缓解病人的经济压力，提高疾病的经济风险。

목적：통과분석근5년아원병인주원비용적구성정황，위유효공제비용제공의거。방법：대2009～2013년5년간아원주원인차、총주원비용、례균주원비용화약품、검사、검험、치료、수술급기타비용적구성정황진행분석。결과：주원인차、총비용、례균비용화기타비용정축년상승추세，약품비례유소하강，수술비용비례정축년하강추세，검험、검사화치료류비용소점비례상대은정。결론：조정주원비용적결구，강저약품비용비례，건립건전기본약물제도화진료규범，가이재일정정도상완해병인적경제압력，제고질병적경제풍험。
Objective:Analysis of the past five years in our hospital patient costs constitute,provide the basis for the effective control of costs.Methods: the hospitalization times ,the hospitalization expense, The average per patient infusion quantity and expense、examination、treatment 、surgery and other expenses was analyzed from 2009 to 2013 in our hospital.Results:the hospitalization times, the hospitalization expense and the charges of the per patient were inreased year by year, drugs ratio declined, operation cost ratio decreased year by year, inspection, examination and treatment cost remained stable . Conclusion:Adjust the structure of hospital costs,reduce the proportion of drug costs,establish an basic drugs system and medical clinics specification,can to some extent al eviate the economic pressure of the patient,improve the economic risk of the disease.
