针刺刺激客观化测量包括针刺操作(针灸针的运动形式、力度等)的客观化测量和机体(腧穴)对针刺刺激反应的客观化测量,是循证针灸学的一个关键环节,有助于针灸教学、临床和科研。针刺手法的客观化测量是一直以来针灸研究的难点问题。美国科学家近年研发的针刺传感器(acusensor)可以测量针刺人体腧穴时的手法信息,获得提插、捻转的数据与曲线;国内学者研发的针刺手法参数测定仪ATP-1及SYF-1可以测量提插、捻转和摆动,还有助于测量复合针灸手法,但针刺需要在传感器上进行。在机体(腧穴)针刺反应测量方面,简要介绍了针刺局部超声检测和功能性磁共振检测。由于不同的测量方法有各自的特点,对针刺刺激客观化测量的技术与方法的现状了进行概述。
針刺刺激客觀化測量包括針刺操作(針灸針的運動形式、力度等)的客觀化測量和機體(腧穴)對針刺刺激反應的客觀化測量,是循證針灸學的一箇關鍵環節,有助于針灸教學、臨床和科研。針刺手法的客觀化測量是一直以來針灸研究的難點問題。美國科學傢近年研髮的針刺傳感器(acusensor)可以測量針刺人體腧穴時的手法信息,穫得提插、撚轉的數據與麯線;國內學者研髮的針刺手法參數測定儀ATP-1及SYF-1可以測量提插、撚轉和襬動,還有助于測量複閤針灸手法,但針刺需要在傳感器上進行。在機體(腧穴)針刺反應測量方麵,簡要介紹瞭針刺跼部超聲檢測和功能性磁共振檢測。由于不同的測量方法有各自的特點,對針刺刺激客觀化測量的技術與方法的現狀瞭進行概述。

The objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation include the objectively measuring acupuncture manipulations (modes of motion and dynamics of needle) and reactions of body (acupoints) to acupuncture stimulation. These measurements are one key link in evidence-based acupuncture-moxibustion science and is benefit to the teaching, clinical practice and scientific research of acupuncture and moxibustion. But the objective measurements of acupuncture stimulation have been a difficult issue in acupuncture study all the time. The acusensor developed by scientists of USA can measure manipulation information during needling acupoints and obtain the data and curves of lifting and thrusting and twirling. The determinators of manipulation parameters (ATP-1 and SYF-1) developed by domestic scientists can measure the manipulations of lifting and thrusting, twirling and swing, and complex manipulations, but these measures can only be carried out in sensors. About the measurement of reactions of body (acupoints) to acupuncture, the paper briefly introduced the ultrasound examination for local acupuncture and functional magnetic resonance imaging.
