To nurture graduate students to become innovative talents is the objective need of constructing an innova -tive country , and is the important mission of graduate education .The ideological and political education for graduate students have created the condition for the cultivation of innovation ability , pointed out the direction , built the atmos-phere, and are playing a positive role in the process of graduate student innovation ability training .
