目的:探讨现代教学法与传统教学相结合在心血管临床教学工作中的实践与探索。方法:选择本院心血管科室2012年6月-2013年3月的实习生180名,分为传统教学组、现代教学组和结合教学组。观察三组的临床教学效果。结果:结合教育组平日成绩及笔试考核均无一人在60分以下,其平均成绩高于高于传统教学组25%,高于现代教学组15%。而笔试成绩高于其他两组10%和5%。结论:现代教学法与传统教学相结合对心血管临床教学有明显的效果,有利于实习医生对相关疾病的掌握,值得在本院各科室进行推广。

목적:탐토현대교학법여전통교학상결합재심혈관림상교학공작중적실천여탐색。방법:선택본원심혈관과실2012년6월-2013년3월적실습생180명,분위전통교학조、현대교학조화결합교학조。관찰삼조적림상교학효과。결과:결합교육조평일성적급필시고핵균무일인재60분이하,기평균성적고우고우전통교학조25%,고우현대교학조15%。이필시성적고우기타량조10%화5%。결론:현대교학법여전통교학상결합대심혈관림상교학유명현적효과,유리우실습의생대상관질병적장악,치득재본원각과실진행추엄。
Objective:To discuss practice and exploration of modern teaching method combined with traditional teaching in the cardiovascular system in clinical teaching.Method:180 interns were collected in cardiovascular department from June 2012 to March 2013,and divided into traditional teaching group,modern teaching group,and combined teaching group.Clinical teaching effect of three groups were observed and analyzed.Result:There was no one below 60 score in daily performance and written examination in combined teaching group,the daily performance was 25%higher than the traditional teaching group,15%higher than the modern teaching group. The written examination achievement were 10%and 5%higher than other two groups.Conclusion:The combined teaching group has obvious effect in cardiovascular clinical teaching,and is beneficial to master related disease for intern.It is worth to promote in every department of our hospital.
