目的：探讨康复治疗对肱骨近端骨折患者内固定术后肩关节功能的影响。方法：以本院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的60例肱骨近端骨折患者为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。所有患者均使用内固定方法治疗并行相应护理，观察组在此基础上增加康复治疗。比较两组患者肩关节功能之间的差异。结果：观察组在疼痛、肌力、稳定性、肩关节功能及肩关节平均活动度五个评价肩关节功能的指标方面，得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在术后第1、3、6个月，观察组Neer评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：康复治疗可以在肱骨近端骨折内固定患者中起到积极作用，可以提高患者肩关节功能、稳定内固定效果，改善患者预后水平。
목적：탐토강복치료대굉골근단골절환자내고정술후견관절공능적영향。방법：이본원2011년1월-2013년1월수치적60례굉골근단골절환자위연구대상，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조여대조조。소유환자균사용내고정방법치료병행상응호리，관찰조재차기출상증가강복치료。비교량조환자견관절공능지간적차이。결과：관찰조재동통、기력、은정성、견관절공능급견관절평균활동도오개평개견관절공능적지표방면，득분균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；재술후제1、3、6개월，관찰조Neer평분균고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：강복치료가이재굉골근단골절내고정환자중기도적겁작용，가이제고환자견관절공능、은정내고정효과，개선환자예후수평。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation treatment in proximal humeral fractures for the shoulder joint function. Method:60 patients with proximal humeral fractures were divided into the objective group and control group according to random number table method. The conventional treatment plan was used in the all the patients,and the rehabilitation treatment was used in the objective group. The level of pain,muscle strength,stability,and the shoulder joint function were compared between the two groups. Result:The level of pain,muscle strength,stability,and the shoulder joint function of the objective group were higher than those of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). 1,3,6 months after surgery,the observation group Neer scores was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:It can get a satisfaction effect to use rehabilitation treatment,in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures for the shoulder joint function.
