目的：探讨护理组长主管负责制在普外科病房护理管理中的作用。方法：评选高资历护理人员轮流担任护理组长，实施护理组长主管负责制管理模式，充分利用护理人力资源的潜力，使整体护理的各项工作得以切实地落实。通过质控检查，比较实施前后护理质量的变化情况和患者的满意度。结果：实施护理组长主管负责制管理模式后，科室护理质量状况、患者满意度较实施前均有明显的提高（P<0.05）；同时科室护理人员的理论和操作技能也有很大进步（P<0.05）。结论：护理组长主管负责制充分调动了各级护理人员的积极性，保证了护理安全，是提高护理工作质量的有效措施。

목적：탐토호리조장주관부책제재보외과병방호리관리중적작용。방법：평선고자력호리인원륜류담임호리조장，실시호리조장주관부책제관리모식，충분이용호리인력자원적잠력，사정체호리적각항공작득이절실지락실。통과질공검사，비교실시전후호리질량적변화정황화환자적만의도。결과：실시호리조장주관부책제관리모식후，과실호리질량상황、환자만의도교실시전균유명현적제고（P<0.05）；동시과실호리인원적이론화조작기능야유흔대진보（P<0.05）。결론：호리조장주관부책제충분조동료각급호리인원적적겁성，보증료호리안전，시제고호리공작질량적유효조시。
Objective:To discuss the application of nursing director responsibility system in management of general surgery departments. Method:Selection of highly qualified nurses take turns as nursing director,head of the nursing team leader was responsible for system management mode,make full use of the potential of nursing human resources,and the overall care of the work to be effectively implemented. The changes before and after in the quality satisfaction of care and patient through quality control checking were compared. Result:The department care quality status and patient satisfaction had significantly increased after nursing director responsibility system in management departments(P<0.05);and departments of nursing theory and operational skills had made great progress(P<0.05). Conclusion:Nursing director responsibility system to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various levels nurses,and to ensured the nurse safety. It is effective measures to improve the quality of nurse.
