目的：探讨MSCT在诊断急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的32例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料，就MSCT平扫表现和诊断价值进行分析，并与临床病理对照。结果：阑尾增粗28例，阑尾壁增厚12例，阑尾周围炎症26例，阑尾粪石15例，阑尾周围脓肿形成5例，合并肠梗阻1例，阑尾正常1例。本组CT诊断正确率达96.9%。结论：MSCT平扫能简便、准确地诊断有无急性阑尾炎，具有较高的临床应用价值。
목적：탐토MSCT재진단급성란미염중적응용개치。방법：회고성분석경수술병리증실적32례급성란미염환자적림상자료，취MSCT평소표현화진단개치진행분석，병여림상병리대조。결과：란미증조28례，란미벽증후12례，란미주위염증26례，란미분석15례，란미주위농종형성5례，합병장경조1례，란미정상1례。본조CT진단정학솔체96.9%。결론：MSCT평소능간편、준학지진단유무급성란미염，구유교고적림상응용개치。
Objective:To explore the value of MSCT in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Method:The clinical data of thirty-two patients proved by surgical pathology were reviewed retrospectively,MSCT findings were analyzed and correlated with pathological findings.Result:There were 28 cases with enlarged appendix,12 cases with thickened wall,26 cases with periappendicitis,15 cases with appendicolith,5 cases with appendiceal abscess, 1 case with ileus,1 case with normality appendix.The overall diagnostic accuracy of CT was 96.9%.Conclusion:The routine MSCT scanning can handy and correctly determine whether or not an acute appendicitis is present,and has a very high application value in clinically.
