目的:探讨手动曝光控制(简称手控模式)与自动曝光控制(简称自控模式)哪种操作模式能够提高婴幼儿胸部数字化X线摄影(DR)的图像质量,提高摄影成功率,降低辐射剂量,减少重照次数。方法:日常工作中用手控模式与自控模式各摄影婴幼胸部DR片100例,对两组的图像质量,摄影成功率,辐射剂量等进行对比分析。结果:手控模式甲级片高于自控模式,辐射剂量低,重照次数少。结论:手动曝光控制更适用于婴幼儿胸部DR摄影,婴幼儿胸部DR图像甲级片率更高,患儿整体辐射剂量降低,重照率降低。

목적:탐토수동폭광공제(간칭수공모식)여자동폭광공제(간칭자공모식)나충조작모식능구제고영유인흉부수자화X선섭영(DR)적도상질량,제고섭영성공솔,강저복사제량,감소중조차수。방법:일상공작중용수공모식여자공모식각섭영영유흉부DR편100례,대량조적도상질량,섭영성공솔,복사제량등진행대비분석。결과:수공모식갑급편고우자공모식,복사제량저,중조차수소。결론:수동폭광공제경괄용우영유인흉부DR섭영,영유인흉부DR도상갑급편솔경고,환인정체복사제량강저,중조솔강저。
Objective:To investigate either manual exposure control or auto exposure control can improve image quality of digital radiography, to raise success rate of photography,to reduce radiation dose and reirradiation times. Method:One hundred images of infant chest digital radiography by manual exposure control and auto exposure control were taken respectively. The images between the two groups were analyze by image quality,success rate of photography and radiation dose. Result:The rate of grade A images were higher by manual exposure control than auto exposure control,with low radiation dose and reirradiation times. Conclusion:Manual exposure control is more suitable for infant chest digital radiography,which can raise the rate of grade A image,reduce radiation dose and the rate of reirradiation.
