目的：探讨雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗术后复发晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法：选取2010年4月-2013年4月入住本院普外科接受治疗的76例术后复发晚期大肠癌患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组各38例，其中治疗组给予雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂化疗；对照组给予氟尿嘧啶联合奥沙利铂化疗。观察比较两组患者在治疗效果、不良反应等方面的差异。结果：治疗组总有效率44.74%，明显高于对照组的13.16%，比较差异有统计学意义（X2=8.02，P<0.05）。治疗组发生呕吐14例，不良反应发生率为36.84%，对照组发生呕吐25例，不良反应发生率为65.79%，治疗组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（X2=6.37，P<0.05）。结论：雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂治疗术后复发晚期大肠癌效果显著，不良反应少，值得广泛应用于临床。
목적：탐토뢰체곡새연합오사리박치료술후복발만기대장암적림상료효。방법：선취2010년4월-2013년4월입주본원보외과접수치료적76례술후복발만기대장암환자，안조수궤수자표법장기분위치료조화대조조각38례，기중치료조급여뢰체곡새연합오사리박화료；대조조급여불뇨밀정연합오사리박화료。관찰비교량조환자재치료효과、불량반응등방면적차이。결과：치료조총유효솔44.74%，명현고우대조조적13.16%，비교차이유통계학의의（X2=8.02，P<0.05）。치료조발생구토14례，불량반응발생솔위36.84%，대조조발생구토25례，불량반응발생솔위65.79%，치료조적불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의（X2=6.37，P<0.05）。결론：뢰체곡새연합오사리박치료술후복발만기대장암효과현저，불량반응소，치득엄범응용우림상。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of advanced colorectal cancer.Method:Seventy-six patients with postoperative recurrence of advanced colorectal cancer were selected in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,38 cases in each group.The treatment group was given raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy,the control group was given fluorouracil combined with oxaliplatin chemotherapy,the differences in the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of two groups were compared.Result:The total efficiency of treatment group was 44.74%,it was significantly higher than 13.16%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( X2=8.02,P<0.05),vomiting of the treatment group was 14 cases,adverse reaction rate was 36.84%,vomiting of the control group was 25 cases,adverse reaction rate was 65.79%,the difference was statistically significant(X2=6.37,P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of raltitrexed combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of postoperative recurrence of advanced colorectal cancer is effective,safe and feasible,it’s worthy in the clinical application.
