目的：探讨目前体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的效果。方法对658例结石患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，输尿管结石425例，肾合并输尿管结石233例。结果658例中一次碎石成功568例(84.64%)，二次碎石成功率(12.46%)，其中治愈636例，无效22例，总有效率97.10%。结论 ESWL是治疗输尿管结石的一种损伤小、见效快、简便安全的有效方法。
목적：탐토목전체외충격파쇄석술(ESWL)치료수뇨관결석적효과。방법대658례결석환자림상자료진행회고성분석，수뇨관결석425례，신합병수뇨관결석233례。결과658례중일차쇄석성공568례(84.64%)，이차쇄석성공솔(12.46%)，기중치유636례，무효22례，총유효솔97.10%。결론 ESWL시치료수뇨관결석적일충손상소、견효쾌、간편안전적유효방법。
Objective to discuss the current extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (eswl) treatment for ureteral stones. Methods 658 cases were retrospectively analyzed,including 425 cases of ureteral stones and 233 cases of kidney stones with ureteral stones. Results among al the cases, 568 cases were successful in the first lithotripsy (84.64%) and the success rate in the second lithotripsy was 12.46%, of which 636 cases were cured. There are 22 cases were inef ective and the total ef ective rate was 97.10%. Conclusion eswl is an ef ective treatment for ureteral stones, which makes less injuries and more convience.
