目的：观察恩替卡韦分散片在治疗乙肝肝硬化过程中对合并肝源性糖尿病患者临床病情影响。方法分析78例乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者临床病情特点、糖尿病病情与肝功能分级的关系、恩替卡韦分散片抗病毒治疗对临床病情的影响。结果78例乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病患者中具典型糖尿病临床症状者较为少见（2.6%）；发生自发性细菌性腹膜炎者较多见（30.8%）；伴随着肝功能的恶化，血糖升高的水平亦有上升，肝功能 C级患者血糖增高达31.8％，经恩替卡韦分散片等综合治疗肝功能有明显好转，其血糖水平亦可有所下降。结论乙肝肝硬化合并肝源性糖尿病其糖尿病的临床症状常不典型，血糖水平与肝硬化病情轻重呈正相关，恩替卡韦分散片治疗有利于肝功能的好转，亦有利于血糖的控制。
목적：관찰은체잡위분산편재치료을간간경화과정중대합병간원성당뇨병환자림상병정영향。방법분석78례을간간경화합병간원성당뇨병환자림상병정특점、당뇨병병정여간공능분급적관계、은체잡위분산편항병독치료대림상병정적영향。결과78례을간간경화합병간원성당뇨병환자중구전형당뇨병림상증상자교위소견（2.6%）；발생자발성세균성복막염자교다견（30.8%）；반수착간공능적악화，혈당승고적수평역유상승，간공능 C급환자혈당증고체31.8％，경은체잡위분산편등종합치료간공능유명현호전，기혈당수평역가유소하강。결론을간간경화합병간원성당뇨병기당뇨병적림상증상상불전형，혈당수평여간경화병정경중정정상관，은체잡위분산편치료유리우간공능적호전，역유리우혈당적공제。
Objective The transformations of clinic state in patients suf er from hepatocirrhosis incorporate with diabetes were observed during Entecavir dispersible tablets therapy. Methods 78 patients with this disease were analyzed in clinic state, state of diabetes connected with the grade of liver function, the influence of clinic state by the Entecavir dispersible tablets treatment. Results Who with representative symptom of diabetes was less observed (2.6%) in these patients. The blood glucose level show obviously abnormas after the liver function got worse.With the liver function improved through combined therapy include Entecavir dispersible tablets,the blood glucose level turned to a low level. Conclusion The clinical state in aged patients suf ered from hepatocirrhosis withⅡtype diabetes is untypical.The levels of blood glucose were positively associated with the patient's condition. The treatment with Entecavir dispersible tablets is conducive to control the level of glucose for the patient.
