目的：讨论体外冲击波碎石术联合前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2010年9月~2013年5月前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石先期行体外冲击波碎石处理膀胱结石后行前列腺电切手术患者16例。结果所有患者均治愈，膀胱无残留结石，结石清除率100%，术后随访3~24个月，平均随访12个月，国际前列腺症状评分表（I-PSS）、生活质量评分表（QOL）均不同程度改善。结论体外冲击波碎石及前列腺电切术（TURP）这两种微创治疗方式合并运用到前列腺增生合并膀胱结石既去除了膀胱结石，也解除了前列腺增生所致下尿路梗阻症状，是治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石一种理想方法，尤其在广大基层医院值得推广。
목적：토론체외충격파쇄석술연합전렬선전절술（TURP）치료전렬선증생증합병방광결석적료효。방법회고성분석아원2010년9월~2013년5월전렬선증생증합병방광결석선기행체외충격파쇄석처리방광결석후행전렬선전절수술환자16례。결과소유환자균치유，방광무잔류결석，결석청제솔100%，술후수방3~24개월，평균수방12개월，국제전렬선증상평분표（I-PSS）、생활질량평분표（QOL）균불동정도개선。결론체외충격파쇄석급전렬선전절술（TURP）저량충미창치료방식합병운용도전렬선증생합병방광결석기거제료방광결석，야해제료전렬선증생소치하뇨로경조증상，시치료전렬선증생합병방광결석일충이상방법，우기재엄대기층의원치득추엄。
Objective To discuss extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) ef ect in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2010 September to 2013 May of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder calculi who underwent extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of bladder calculi underwent transurethral resection operation in 16 cases. Results al the patients were cured,without bladder residual stone,stone clearance rate was 100%, al cases were fol owed up for 3~24 months, mean fol ow-up of 12 months, the International Prostate Symptom Score (I-PSS), quality of life scale (QOL) were improved to varying degrees. Conclusion extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) using the two kinds of minimal y invasive treatment with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones can remove bladder stones, also lifted the hyperplasia of prostate caused by lower urinary tract obstruction symptoms, is the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stone is an ideal method,is worth popularizing in the grassroots the hospital.
