目的：探讨静脉留置针引起堵管的原因，并提出预防对策。方法2013年7~9月回顾性调查分析我科100例应用静脉留置针患者发生堵管的原因，并提出对策。结果发生静脉留置针堵管20例，堵管发生率为20%。堵管原因包括：封管液剂量不足发生堵管5例（2.5%），封管操作不当发生堵管的6例（2.4%），静脉输注高营养液及刺激性药物后冲洗不彻底发生堵管的2例（0.8%），留置时间过长发生堵管的1例(0.4%)，患者凝血机制异常发生堵管的1例（0.4%)，穿刺手臂用力或活动过度发生堵管的3例(1.2%），穿刺方法不当及血管选择不佳发生堵管的2例（0.8%)。结论静脉留置针堵管的原因是多方面的，护理人员应针对原因提出预防对策，以便降低患者静脉留置针堵管发生率，减轻患者的痛苦及经济负担，提高护理质量。
목적：탐토정맥류치침인기도관적원인，병제출예방대책。방법2013년7~9월회고성조사분석아과100례응용정맥류치침환자발생도관적원인，병제출대책。결과발생정맥류치침도관20례，도관발생솔위20%。도관원인포괄：봉관액제량불족발생도관5례（2.5%），봉관조작불당발생도관적6례（2.4%），정맥수주고영양액급자격성약물후충세불철저발생도관적2례（0.8%），류치시간과장발생도관적1례(0.4%)，환자응혈궤제이상발생도관적1례（0.4%)，천자수비용력혹활동과도발생도관적3례(1.2%），천자방법불당급혈관선택불가발생도관적2례（0.8%)。결론정맥류치침도관적원인시다방면적，호리인원응침대원인제출예방대책，이편강저환자정맥류치침도관발생솔，감경환자적통고급경제부담，제고호리질량。
Objective: lien needle tube jam vein caused the reasons, and puts forward the prevention countermeasures. Methods:2013 6-7 months were retrospectively analyzed a hospital in guangzhou a families and 100 cases of application vein needle lien in patients with the reason of blocking pipe while, puts forward the countermeasures. Results: occur vein needle tube jam retained in 25 patients, plugging the incidence of 25%. Tube jam reasons include: seal the liquid underdosed tube jam occurred in 5 patients (2.5%), sealing pipe improper operation happened the tube jam 6cases (2.4%), intravenous high nutrient and stimulants thoroughly flush after the tube jam occurred in 2 cases (0.8%), a lien for too long the tube jam occurred in 1cases (0.4%), patients blood coagulation mechanism of abnormal happen tube jam 1 cases (0.4%), puncture arm strength or activities of the tube jam excessive occurred in 3 (1.2%), and improper puncture and vascular choose not beautiful happened tube jam were 2 cases (0.8%), Conclusion: vein needle tube jam retained reason is various, nursing staf should be aimed at reason puts forward the prevention countermeasures to reduce vein needle tube jam patients retained the incidence, relieve the pain of patients and economic burden, improve the quality of nursing.
