目的：探讨循证护理理论指导下临床护理路径（clinical nursing pathway，CNP）护理模式在糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗中的应用效果。方法选择内分泌科使用胰岛素泵治疗的80例糖尿病患者，随机分成实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用传统的整体护理模式，观察组在循证护理理论指导下，提出目前糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗和护理中存在的问题，然后寻找实证，制定CNP表格并进行实施和评价。比较两组患者平均住院时间、对护理满意度、遵医行为、血糖控制有无差异。结果实验组患者平均住院时间、对护理满意度、遵医行为和血糖控制程度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论循证护理理论指导下的 CNP应用于糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗切实可行，值得在其他病种领域推广使用。
목적：탐토순증호리이론지도하림상호리로경（clinical nursing pathway，CNP）호리모식재당뇨병환자이도소빙치료중적응용효과。방법선택내분비과사용이도소빙치료적80례당뇨병환자，수궤분성실험조화대조조，각40례。대조조채용전통적정체호리모식，관찰조재순증호리이론지도하，제출목전당뇨병환자이도소빙치료화호리중존재적문제，연후심조실증，제정CNP표격병진행실시화평개。비교량조환자평균주원시간、대호리만의도、준의행위、혈당공제유무차이。결과실험조환자평균주원시간、대호리만의도、준의행위화혈당공제정도균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론순증호리이론지도하적 CNP응용우당뇨병환자이도소빙치료절실가행，치득재기타병충영역추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of the theory of clinical nursing path(clinical nursing pathway,CNP)nursing model in diabetes patients with insulin pump therapy. Methods:Department of Endocrinology the use of insulin pump therapy in 80 patients with diabetes mel itus,were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,40 cases in each. The control group used the traditional holistic nursing mode,the observation group in the evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of the theory,put forward at present in diabetic patients treated with insulin pump and nursing problems,then find the empirical,developed CNP form and implementation and evaluation. Comparison of two groups of patients,the average hospitalization time on nursing satisfaction, compliance,blood glucose control has no dif erence. Results:in the experimental group,the average hospitalization time,on nursing satisfaction,compliance behavior and control of blood glucose level were bet er than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of the theory of application of CNP in diabetic patients with insulin pump therapy is feasible,is worth in other disease areas to promote the use of.
