对某柴油机连杆进行静强度试验研究,得到了连杆的应力分布情况。利用三维实体建模软件对连杆总成进行实体建模,通过有限元软件对其进行静力分析,仿真结果与试验结果吻合。利用仿真结果对连杆进行了疲劳安全分析,确定其结构的可靠性。

Based on a static test studying the tension and compression on the connecting rod, the stress distribution of it was obtained. 3D modeling software was used to establish the connecting rod assembly 3D models, FEM software was used to do the load analysis, the result of FEM was very similar to the test. Then, the fatigue safety analysis of the connecting rod was carried out based on the results of com-puter simulations, the reliability of its structure was verified.
