为保证客车的正常供水,必须合理确定客车上水栓栓管管径和供水水压。通过分析客车上水栓的布置形式,利用Excel的计算功能,建立水力计算模型,逐段进行详细的水力计算。计算结果表明,随着栓管管径变化,局部水损与沿程水损的比值差别比较大,不能按照常规的10%~20%进行估算。编制的水力计算表格具有较强的通用性,可运用在类似工程中。

In order to ensure normal water supply for railway passenger train, the pipe diameter and water supply pressure of the water supply spigots should be reasonably determined. In this paper, by analyzing the layout pattern of water supply spigots and using the Excel's calculation function, a model of hydraulic calculation was established which can improve design efficiency, and a piecewise detailed hydraulic calculation was provided. The results show that the ratios of the local water head loss and frictional water head loss will be considerably different as the diameter of spigot pipe changes, so it is improper to estimate them in accordance with the conventional 10% to 20%. Moreover, being a universal one, the hydraulic calculation table established in this paper can be used in similar projects.
