房地产中介是中职房地产专业学生的主要就业岗位，本文根据自身从事顶岗实习指导老师的实践体会，分析学生在中介岗位的就业中出现的问题，并结合房地产中介行业专家的访谈所得以及自身的一线教学经验，对如何培养房地产中介人员的职业素养提出了几点意见与建议。

The real estate intermediary is the main position for students majoring in real estate. In accordance with the writers' own practice experience as on-post practice tutors, this paper analyzes students' problems in on-post practice, and combined with the interviews on experts of the real estate intermediary in-dustry and the frontline teaching experience, proposes several suggestions and recommendations on how to cultivate real estate intermediaries' professional quality.
