目的：探讨小切口应用股骨近端防旋髓内钉【PFNA】治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的方法和疗效。方法选自2010年1月致2013年12月32例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者应用该方法治疗。结果随访2-10个月，32例骨折患者骨折全部愈合，无短缩，错位及畸形愈合。依Harris髋关节功能评定标准进行评价，优22例，良7例，可3例，优良率93.5。结论 PFNA是治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的一种比较理想的内固定方法，具有操作简单，损伤小，恢复快，并发症少等优点，疗效满意。

Objective To explore the application of smal incision proximal femoral nail anti rotation [PFNA] the treatment of senile intertrochanteric fractures of. 32 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with this method from 2010January to 2013 December method. Results the patients were fol owed up for 2 - 10 months, 32 cases of fracture healing, no dislocation and shortening, malunion.Evaluated according to Harris criteria for hip joint function, excel ent in 22 cases,good in 7 cases, 3 cases, the excel ent and good rate was 93.5. Conclusion PFNA isthe treatment of senile intertrochanteric fracture of an ideal fixation method, has the advantages of simple operation, less injury, quick recovery, less complications,curative effect satisfaction.
