目的：观察二实槟榔汤治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照开放性试验设计纳入129例慢性腹泻患者，分为二实槟榔汤治疗组(66例)和对照组（63例），治疗组给予二实槟榔汤口服，对照组给予米雅片口服，两组均治疗30天后评价并对比疗效。结果两组疗效比较，治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，治疗组能显著改善腹胀、腹痛、纳呆食少以及减少大便次数(P<0.05)；较对照组，治疗组在减少大便次数方面作用更为显著(P<0.05)。结论二实槟榔汤治疗慢性腹泻疗效明显，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰이실빈랑탕치료만성복사적림상료효。방법채용수궤대조개방성시험설계납입129례만성복사환자，분위이실빈랑탕치료조(66례)화대조조（63례），치료조급여이실빈랑탕구복，대조조급여미아편구복，량조균치료30천후평개병대비료효。결과량조료효비교，치료조우우대조조（P<0.05）；치료후，치료조능현저개선복창、복통、납태식소이급감소대편차수(P<0.05)；교대조조，치료조재감소대편차수방면작용경위현저(P<0.05)。결론이실빈랑탕치료만성복사료효명현，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of ErShi BingLang decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrhea. Methods In a randomized control ed trial,129 cases of chronic diarrhea patients was enrol ed, and distributed into ErShi BingLang decoction treatment group(66cases) and the control group(63cases).The treatment group was given ErShi BingLang decoction, and the control group was given Miya tablet. Both groups were treated for 30 days, and then the curative effects were statisical y compared. Results The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control (P<0.05). After treatment, the ErShi BingLang group could obviously improve the abdominal distension, abdominal pain, poor appetite and the reduce stool frequency (P<0.05). Compared to the control, the ErShi BingLang group can significantly reduce the stool frequency. Conclusion ErShi BingLang decoction has good curative effects in the treatment of chronic diarrhea. It is worthy of being clinical y promoted.
