目的:观察丁苯酞对急性脑梗塞大鼠海马中信号转导与转录活化因子5(Stat-5)表达的影响。方法将60健康雄性SD大鼠急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。治疗组及对照组根据干预时间不同又随机分为2h组、12h组、24h组,用TTC染色和免疫组化染色观察大鼠脑梗死体积及海马区STAT-5蛋白的表达水平。结果治疗组的2h组及12h组的梗死体积明显小于模型对照组各对应时间点(P<0.05),而24h组与模型对照组比较,梗死体积虽有所缩小但尚不具有明显差异;治疗组Stat-5的表达水平均较对照组明显降低。结论急性脑梗塞应用丁苯酞治疗可以减小脑梗死体积,降低海马区Stat-5阳性细胞数,疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the effects of Butylphthalide on the expression of Stat-5 in the hippocampus of rats with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 healthy male SD rats with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(N=30) and control group(N=30). Each group was divided into three groups according to the intervention time;2h,12h,24h group. TTC dying and immunohistochemistry dying were performed to assess infarct volume and the expressions of Stat-5 in hippocampus. Results compared with model control group ,the infarct volume in 2 h intervention group and 12 h intervention group obviously decreased(P<0.05).the infarct volume in 24 h intervention group slightly reduced. but no significance yet; The expressions Stat-5 at each time point in model intervention group were distinctly less than that in model control group. Conclusions Butylphthalide injection can reduce the expression of Stat-5 in rats of acute cerebral infarction,diminish infarct volume. and the therapeutic effect is effective.
