目的：降低肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位后肩关节致残率。方法对我院病人采用监控记录表进行保守与手术疗效评估比较，2008年12月~2013年10月患者共138例，将其中行保守治疗的68例设为对照组，实施手术的70例设为观察组，对照组采用传统手法整复后绷带8字捆扎固定、肩锁固定带捆扎固定方法，观察组采取了锁骨钩钢板、肩锁关节脱位的静力和动力重建手术。结果两组术后愈后恢复情况比较,有显著的差异性( P＜0.05)。结论对肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位采取手术，能有效降低肩锁关节Ⅲ度脱位后肩关节致残率。
목적：강저견쇄관절Ⅲ도탈위후견관절치잔솔。방법대아원병인채용감공기록표진행보수여수술료효평고비교，2008년12월~2013년10월환자공138례，장기중행보수치료적68례설위대조조，실시수술적70례설위관찰조，대조조채용전통수법정복후붕대8자곤찰고정、견쇄고정대곤찰고정방법，관찰조채취료쇄골구강판、견쇄관절탈위적정력화동력중건수술。결과량조술후유후회복정황비교,유현저적차이성( P＜0.05)。결론대견쇄관절Ⅲ도탈위채취수술，능유효강저견쇄관절Ⅲ도탈위후견관절치잔솔。
Objective: To reduce the degree Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation of the shoulder disability. Methods: The records of patients hospital with monitoring to assess the efficacy of conservative surgery table compared with December 2008 - October 2013 a total of 138 cases of patients, which wil be treated conservatively set of 68 cases in the control group, 70 cases of surgery observation group, the control group using traditional manipulative bandage after 8 characters bundled fixed, fixed straps acromioclavicular fixation methods,observation group took the clavicular hook plate, acromioclavicular joint dislocation of static and dynamic reconstruction surgery. Results: Postoperative recovery after healing comparison, there were significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion: The degree Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation take surgery, can effectively reduce the degree Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation of the shoulder disability.
