在满足建筑用户对室内舒适需求的同时,最大限度地降低建筑空调能耗对我国实现节能减排目标具有重要意义。本文通过上海某别墅建筑的系统设计方案,介绍了变流量多联式冷水(热泵)空调机组系统化实现综合节能的方法和手段,揭示变流量变水温冷/热水空调系统在高端住宅建筑应用中的优势和效果。

Energy saving of air conditioning system in buildings is significantly important for achieving the emission reduction goal while improving the indoor comfort for the occupants in buildings. This paper analyzes a successful energy saving case of villa project in Shanghai, which applies variable water volume (VWV) multi-connected water chilling (heat pump) and its system solution comprehensive control methods to optimize energy efficiency of air conditioning system. It also reveals the effect and benefit of variable water flow volume and water temperature heat pump air conditioning system for the high-end residential building application.
