运用电化学方法研究酸洗对WYS700高强钢氢含量的影响。结果发现,酸洗后WYS700高强钢氢含量增加了43.8%。时效处理可以有效的降低酸洗导致的氢含量增加,48h时效处理后氢含量降至酸洗前相近水平。

Effect of pickling on hydrogen content of WYS700 high-strength steel was investigated by electrochemical research methods .The results indicate that hydrogen content of pickling WYS700 high-strength steel increases by 43 .8% ,that the aging treatment can effectively reduce hydrogen content of pickling sample ,and that hydrogen content of pickling sample approximates to the value of untreated sam-ple after 48-hour aging treatment .
