利用锈层稳定化处理的耐候钢焊接接头,进行了大气曝晒(喷淋)加速试验,结果证明:经表面复合处理剂处理后的Q450NQR1耐候钢,腐蚀率显著降低,不仅提高了耐蚀性,而且也提高了抗局部腐蚀能力。经表面复合处理剂处理的焊接接头与非焊接样的腐蚀试验结果没有差别,说明表面复合处理剂适用于焊接接头的锈层稳定化处理。
利用鏽層穩定化處理的耐候鋼銲接接頭,進行瞭大氣曝曬(噴淋)加速試驗,結果證明:經錶麵複閤處理劑處理後的Q450NQR1耐候鋼,腐蝕率顯著降低,不僅提高瞭耐蝕性,而且也提高瞭抗跼部腐蝕能力。經錶麵複閤處理劑處理的銲接接頭與非銲接樣的腐蝕試驗結果沒有差彆,說明錶麵複閤處理劑適用于銲接接頭的鏽層穩定化處理。
이용수층은정화처리적내후강한접접두,진행료대기폭쇄(분림)가속시험,결과증명:경표면복합처리제처리후적Q450NQR1내후강,부식솔현저강저,불부제고료내식성,이차야제고료항국부부식능력。경표면복합처리제처리적한접접두여비한접양적부식시험결과몰유차별,설명표면복합처리제괄용우한접접두적수층은정화처리。
The atmospheric exposure (spray) accelerated test was conducted by the rust layer stabili-zing treatment of weathering steel welding joint .The results show that the corrosion rate of weathering steel Q450NQR1 is significantly reduced by the surface composite treatment agent ,and that the steel can not only improve the corrosion resistance ,but also help to increase the resistance to local corrosion .The corrosion test results of welding joint with surface composite treatment agent and non-welding sample did not differ ,which revealed that the agent applies to the rust layer stabilization treatment of the welding joint .
