利用JGK6180X60-10型轧辊激光毛化/强化机组开展森吉米尔轧机工作辊激光毛化试验,然后直接在工作辊上观察毛化区域表面形貌、测量毛化区域表面粗糙度,并做相应分析;试验结果表明,该机组能够实现森吉米尔轧机工作辊表面的无序毛化加工。在本试验条件下,当激光光斑轴向点间距小于等于0.03mm时,毛化效果开始呈现出无序状态。
利用JGK6180X60-10型軋輥激光毛化/彊化機組開展森吉米爾軋機工作輥激光毛化試驗,然後直接在工作輥上觀察毛化區域錶麵形貌、測量毛化區域錶麵粗糙度,併做相應分析;試驗結果錶明,該機組能夠實現森吉米爾軋機工作輥錶麵的無序毛化加工。在本試驗條件下,噹激光光斑軸嚮點間距小于等于0.03mm時,毛化效果開始呈現齣無序狀態。
이용JGK6180X60-10형알곤격광모화/강화궤조개전삼길미이알궤공작곤격광모화시험,연후직접재공작곤상관찰모화구역표면형모、측량모화구역표면조조도,병주상응분석;시험결과표명,해궤조능구실현삼길미이알궤공작곤표면적무서모화가공。재본시험조건하,당격광광반축향점간거소우등우0.03mm시,모화효과개시정현출무서상태。
A working roll fibre-optic laser disorder texturing test of WISCO SENGI Rolling Mill was conducted for the roller laser texturing /reinforcing set of JGK6180X60-10 .The observation was made di-rectly on the surface form and appearance in the texturing area of the working roll .Then ,the surface roughness of the texturing area was measured and the relevant analysis was made .The result shows that the surface disorder texturing process can be obtained on the working rolls of SENGI Rolling Mill .In the case of the very test ,w hen the axial spot space length of the laser facular is smaller than 0 .03mm ,the dis-order state begins to appear in terms of the texturing effect .
