2013年1月23日12时18分，辽阳灯塔发生5.1级地震，位于辽宁2013年度地震危险区附近，有一定程度的中期预测。经震后清理，灯塔5.1级地震前存在1项背景性、3项中短期测震学异常（总计4项异常）；存在3项中长期、5项短临前兆学异常（总计8项异常）。部分异常对灯塔5.1级地震的发生时间、地点及震级具有一定的预测意义。

An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 occurred in Dengta of Liaoyang City on January 23 , 2013, which is nearby the earthquake risk region of Liaoning Province in 2013 with some level of medium-term forecast. After processing the earthquake data , there are four anomalies to be found in this earthquake, one of which is about the background, and three of which are short term seismologic anomalies. Another eight anomalies are found out , three of which are long term , and five of which are premonitory anomalies. Some of these anomalies have a certain significance in earthquake forecasting.
