为改变黄花菜的传统日晒加工受天气影响,不能及时加工而导致开花、腐烂的现状,采用太阳能热泵烤房对黄花菜进行烘烤加工,对其烘烤工艺进行优化研究。在烘烤温度65℃下汽蒸杀青2 h;60℃下持续排湿干燥4 h;60℃下5 min排湿,5 min蒸制的间歇排湿干燥14 h,加工的黄花菜在感官和理化指标上通过了国家农副产品质量监督检验中心(湖南)的检验,符合DB43/168-2008(黄花菜)要求,并且节能、环保,经济效益好。

In order to change the traditional processing method of day lily drying,this article records the research of day lily drying used of solar energy and hot-pump equipment.The results show that after blanching 2 hours by vapor at 65℃, then dehumidifying for 4 hours under 60℃,streaming for another 5 minutes,and dehumidifying for 5 minutes,continuous baking for 1 4 hours under 60℃,the appearance and chemical feature of day lily dried products was qualified according to the requirements of (day lily)DB43/1 68-2008.The equipment combining the technology of solar air collector and hot-pump had the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection.
