随着经济的发展，人们生活水平的提高，城市化进程的加快，使得城区道路的硬化面积不断增加，导致雨水不能被植物截留下渗涵养地下水，只能在路面形成汇流。汇流的雨水增加，径流系数增大，形成了地面的雨水径流。径流的污染情况比较严重，当径流量超过排水管网的最大负荷时就会形成内涝灾害。城市雨水的污染主要是非点源污染，因此，初期雨水径流如果直接排放到河流水体当中会造成污染，所以应加强对城市雨水控制与利用的研究。

Therefore, it should strengthen the research for the control and utilization of city rainwater runoff.
