我国职业培训一部分由职业院校完成,一部分由社会培训机构完成。当前,我国职业培训因存在管理的条块分割、准入门槛不高、师资力量不强等问题而导致培训质量不高及资源浪费,全社会应高度重视职业培训的重要性,探索社会职业培训的机制创新,加大监管力度,发挥高职院校的资源优势,提升职业培训质量。
我國職業培訓一部分由職業院校完成,一部分由社會培訓機構完成。噹前,我國職業培訓因存在管理的條塊分割、準入門檻不高、師資力量不彊等問題而導緻培訓質量不高及資源浪費,全社會應高度重視職業培訓的重要性,探索社會職業培訓的機製創新,加大鑑管力度,髮揮高職院校的資源優勢,提升職業培訓質量。
아국직업배훈일부분유직업원교완성,일부분유사회배훈궤구완성。당전,아국직업배훈인존재관리적조괴분할、준입문함불고、사자역량불강등문제이도치배훈질량불고급자원낭비,전사회응고도중시직업배훈적중요성,탐색사회직업배훈적궤제창신,가대감관력도,발휘고직원교적자원우세,제승직업배훈질량。
The occupational training of our country is partly completed by vocational colleges and partly by so-cial training institutions.At present,the low quality and resources waste of occupational training are result from sec-tion division,low threshold and poor training staff.The whole society should attach great importance to occupational training and explore new training mechanisms.We should also strengthen the supervision and take advantage of the resources so as to improve the training quality.
